Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority
FlakeTech mainly delivers your orders through a third party to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
The method of delivery at FlakeTech is to deliver within three to four weeks as a maximum, depending on your geographical area, giving you the option to choose the right time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week or even during the month.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 21 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Saturday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

REFUND POLICY
The refund request must not exceed 14 days from the date of payment. If the refund request is accepted the full paid amount will be recovered to your account within 14 working days.

What you will need
Your original stamped invoice and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns.Please be aware that we will issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
Purchases that can not be refundable
- Used products (any opened items without packaging )
- Any item without a law label
- Customized products (i.e. custom size or color that are not available on the website)
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
- FlakeTech gift cards
- At any time, FlakeTech reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
Online Purchasing Returns & refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened item within 14 days with your stamped invoice in-store. We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with.
We will not refund any delivery and installation costs you have paid in case you requested to return goods already delivered to your home. And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.
You need to return the product unopened and in its original packaging to the Store in order to collect your refund.
- NOTES :
- If installation is done by customer it will be customer responsibility if any damage occur to the product.
- The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not misuse.
